The Josh Barker Sales Team consists of full time trained professionals. Each employee has a detailed work description and daily schedule to follow. This means we never miss a step large or small. Our highly trained staff uses technology to focus on generating fast results for our clients. When a client hires us, they don’t hire 1 agent, they hire an entire team!

 
JOSH BARKER  is the broker, owner, and driving force behind Town and Country. Josh has a large client base, having been in Redding for over 25 years. Combining the talents of his hard working team of professionals, Josh has set the standard for customer service and continues to be recognized as one of the leading, top producing agents in the Redding area. Josh focuses on listing properties and negotiating contracts for our clients.




NATE MOLTER is Josh's dedicated buyers agent. Nate meets with Josh everyday to identify the best buys presenting them to our buyers first. Nate also assists with all aspects of our listings. Prospecting each morning looking for buyers for our sellers and sellers for our buyers. Nate meets with sellers to help them with pricing, staging and selling their home. Assists with showing appointments, negotiating contracts and listing presentations. Josh's right hand man.




TIM DELPERDANG is Josh's dedicated buyers agent. Tim meets with Josh everyday to identify the best buys on the market and present them to our buyers first. Tim also assists with all aspects of our listings. Together they prospect each morning looking for buyers for our sellers and sellers for our buyers.






JENNIFER BETTES oversees each and every escrow to ensure the escrow process runs smoothly. She reviews contracts, disclosures and physical inspections daily with Josh and our clients. Jennifer is responsible for calling lenders involved in each transaction and ensuring contractual timelines are adhered to appraisals, inspections, and loan documents. Jennifer is always available for questions regarding your escrow.




NIKOLE BARKER is a CERTIFIED DISTRESSED PROPERTY EXPERTS (CDPE). She works closely with Josh to perform short sales for the sellers that are working to avoid foreclosure. Nikole collects all necessary financial information from our clients and negotiates with the bank daily.






KIERSTEN KOSACK is responsible for assisting Josh with all aspects of marketing our current listings. This includes, advertising, creating flyers, internet marketing, target mailings and placing feedback calls on showings. Kiersten also handles sellers disclosures and coordination for any repairs needed by our clients. Kiersten maintains close contact with our active listings to ensure we always provide the absolute best service.
